All glad I spring with Skechers Go Run Ride beautiful, all red with a white sole and drawings in ye

Super happy with my Skechers Gorun (first) and after running academy about 800 terminals with, I went to my favorite store running (endurance Shop in Marquette) in the idea of buying shoes for my minimum long rides on roads and for my little spring academy marathon (probably the road from the Louvre to the 4th time). I did not expect to find in a store Skechers running French but as the guy had just been robbed he had in fact almost nothing else to offer me.
All glad I spring with Skechers Go Run Ride beautiful, all red with a white sole and drawings in yellow and black. In the store, the sole seemed thicker than my previous Gorun and footwear stiffer hair but with an upper (the bottom of the shoe) almost identical to the first version, ie lightweight with just a little reinforcement in the toe and around the connection with the sole.
The bulge of the sole which was the feature of Gorun disappeared on Gorun Ride and generally academy rather more material academy under the foot. The front and back of the shoe are fairly curved. A priori, this type of shoes with very minor heel suits me well.
The day after the purchase is output as long but I am not very fit I abbreviate 22km (although I am no stranger to 45km Sunday academy morning and long output with Gorun not ride feet). The feeling is very good start. One has the impression of being in slippers and stride naturally oriented to damp foot, a priori not bad for very long rides. The unevenness in the floor that you can feel with GOrun base are much less susceptible to wrinkles, I prefer my previous version of this point of view.
After a few kilometers I had some less pleasant sensations. The shoe gives first on the inside of the foot and feel of precision is not waiting for you. More troublesome for long trips, a light hard point arises the right level of metatarsal of the right foot (the bulge behind academy the big toe). The kind of friction which inevitably gives the bulbs when you exceed 10km. It was not missed. What bothers me is that I've had the same problem with my previous Skechers this time on the inside of the right ankle. I hope that this is a problem lacing or pebbles in socks but I do not have much hope even if I do not feel anything when inspecting the inside hand pumps arrival.
Just a small addition to the report after 22 kilometers with small quiet GOrun Ride I find myself with thighs and calves concrete, as if I had run at least 5 times. A clear sign that my stride academy is actually altered by these shoes. For me, this kind of soreness is a good sign but I did not really want to get into a marathon without pushing away my adaptation to wake driven academy by these new pumps running. Second use of 26km.
Some impressions in bulk like this: In the early feeling of flying in these shoes. This feeling is quite common academy with new shoes but I have the impression that the sole Resalite ages much better than the soles based on EVA. Sole too thick for my taste. We do not feel the slightest roughness of the terrain as with my other Skechers. The increase academy is amortized at the expense of minimalism. The thickness of the sole causes a destabilization effect of embarrassing at first, when we are very attentive to the sensations provided by shoes. Compared to GOrun base was like walking on high heels with printing risking chewable ankle with every stride. At the start of the long output, printing landing on the middle or front of the foot is clear. This is probably due to my specific training on this ride. After the initial warm sensation unpleasant to have a portion of the energy wasted by running upward movements. It is important in terms of energy savings that nothing is wasted on the vertical plane but everything is converted in the horizontal plane. academy The idea is that if your shoes make you bounce, the force exerted upward does absolutely academy nothing, it is the forward that is important. Contrary to what I've read in different test these pumps, they are not intended for released
