Swissport will be the company handling the airline Royal Air Maroc (RAM). The company will provide full handling services (passenger and ramp operations) at airports in Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga and Valencia.
Both companies have signed an agreement under which Swissport will serve 5,400 flights Royal Air Maroc over the next three years. Swissport also provide cnops full service handling more than 1,300 company Tunisair flights to Madrid and Barcelona for three years.
The new agreement will strengthen the company's position in Spain and coincides with the presentation of offers AENA to provide handling services in 19 Spanish cnops airports with over one million passengers a year, the tender period ended November 17.
Swissport also decided last March to contest that will decide the handling operators in 22 airports cnops with fewer than one million passengers and offer assistance for cargo flights at the airport of Zaragoza. In Spain employs 3,000 people
