About half Faroese mackerel exports goes to countries within giants the European giants Union. Abou

About half Faroese mackerel exports goes to countries within giants the European giants Union. About a third of herring goes to countries within the EU. Because that goes to countries outside the EU takes a little bit of garments within the Union. Of herring giants is little or nothing but the past year was about 20% mackerel products via ports EU countries on their way to countries outside the EU.
It is a Faroe statistical giants institute has taken this information together in light convened EU sanctions against the Faroe Islands catch on Norwegian spring-spawning herring and mackerel. The measures include giants a ban on the countries of products of this fish species in ports of countries within the EU value of these exports are high in Faroese scale. Last year, exports of mackerel generated 17.8 billion Icelandic herring products and the value of seven billion. This value has increased rapidly in recent years and still heading in the increase. If exports last year broken up, it turns out that the European mackerel was sold for 9.3 billion to countries outside of the products were 8.5 billion. Of the exports were products worth 1.8 billion of EU ports. The herring is more to countries outside the EU or products to the value of 4.5 billion ISK, but the value of herring that goes to countries giants within the EU was 2.4 billion. Virtually nothing goes on EU ports to other countries. It is clear that countries ban the products from these fish species will at least disrupt Faroese exports significantly.
